§ Original Passport (06 Months Valid) and Copy of its first page
§ Copy of CNIC / B Form
§ At least 3 months latest Attested Bank Statement
§ 1 Visa application form (Dully filled-in and Signed by the applicant)
§ 1 latest photograph- White Background
§ Request Letter on company letter head
§ Return Air ticket and its copy
§ Copy of NTN and Certification of Chamber of Commerce required (If Business man)
§ Invitation letter from sponsor in Vietnam (If any)
§ Approval Required from immigration of Vietnam
