·          Any amendment in Hotel voucher should be done through Saleem International Air Travels

·          Any complaint/refund would be settled on proof from our staff in Saudia

·          Handling on Madinah Airport would be charged according to situation

·          Saleem International Air Travels is not liable for loss occurs due to delay in visa approval/cancellation/rejection or purchase of ticket and re-issued ETC

·          Zero tolerance for escape/overstay. A fine of SAR 13,500/- will be charged per person on overstay/escape

·          Agent must submit a guarantee cheque of 3 million in favor of Saleem International Air Travels & agreement must be signed

·          Original computerized passport valid for 8 months with at least 4 black pages

·          Three NADRA C.N.I.C (Form B for children)

·          Vaccination Card

·          Affidavit if required

·          Family registration certificate if required
