Day 1 : Friday, Cruise Embarkation in Athens - Cruise to Istanbul

Embarkation to Louis Cruise Ship is at Piraeus Harbor of Athens in Greece. Following the check-in procedures in your private cabins, ship will depart at 06:00 PM for Istanbul in Turkey. Dinner will be at your choice of several restaurants of the ship during voyage. The cruise will sail overnight.

Day 2 : Saturday, Turkish City of Istanbul

This morning following breakfast on board, the cruise arrives in the Turkish waters in the Aegean Sea and sails through the legendary Strait of Dardanelles (or Hellespont) up to Sea of Marmara. On the shores of this strategic natural channel two historical wars had taken place; the Trojan War on the Asian side, and World War I on the European. After lunch at 04:00 PM the ship will arrive at Port of Istanbul and will stay at the harbor until next day at 05:00 PM. Istanbul is the most exotic city in Turkey and the crossroad between the continents of Europe and Asia; a magical place of palaces, churches, mosques and minarets. Tonight you have the option of joining us on our optional Istanbul Shore Excursion Night Program to enjoy a Turkish Floor Shows and Belly Dancer. Overnight at the Istanbul harbor anchorage.

Day 3 : Sunday, Turkish City of Istanbul - Cruise to Mykonos

The ship will stay at the harbor all day and will weigh anchor at 05:00 PM. Today we have many options to get the most from Istanbul's mélange of sensations. We might get blended into the vibrant everyday life of the streets, or observe three millennia old past at its many historical sites and museums. Or, join one of our optional Istanbul Shore Excursions, which begin the day with guided visits to important sites like Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and completes with a shopping experience at famous Kapali Carsi (or Grand Bazaar) where in its 4000 shops, everything from intricate carpets to antique samovars, camel-bone jewellery to T-shirts can be found under one roof. At night the ship sails for Mykonos.

Day 4 : Monday, Island of Mykonos - Cruise to Patmos

Today we cruise on the Aegean Sea in the morning and noon. We enjoy pool and fitness facilities of the ship and pre-announced entertainments during voyage. Lunch is on board. At 03:00 PM our cruise arrives on the Greek Island of Mykonos and stays at the harbor until 12:00 AM midnight. Mykonos Island with its white washed cubic houses, stylish atmosphere and one of world's most beautiful sunsets that can be viewed either from the hill with the historic windmills or from many cafes and bars of the Little Venice area is the cosmopolitan jewel of the Aegean Sea and one of prime holiday destinations. Visit the island on your own or join us for our optional Mykonos Shore Excursion. The operation hours of dinner buffets on board will be announced pre-arrival. The cruise sails overnight for Patmos.

Day 5 : Tuesday, Island of Patmos - Port of Kusadasi - Cruise to Rhodes

This morning at 07:00 AM our cruise will arrive Greek Island of Patmos and will stay at the harbor until 10:30 AM. Patmos Island is where the Book of Revelation was revealed to St. John the Divine during his exile from the Roman Empire. Here we can optionally stroll in the town, or join to experience the St John's Monastery and Grotto of the Apocalypse on our optional Patmos Shore Excursion program. The ship weighs anchor and sets sails for the Turkish Port of Kusadasi and following lunch on board, arrives Kusadasi at 02:30 PM and stays at the harbor until 08:30 PM. Kusadasi is famous for its beautiful geographical location on the Aegean Coast of Turkey and also its proximity to the world famous ancient Roman city of Ephesus with some other historical sites at its surroundings. Join us for one of our optional Kusadasi Shore Excursion programs, or enjoy time on your own at one of harbor's several cafes and bars overlooking at an historic castle view. Dinner is on board. Ship sails overnight to Rhodes.

Day 6 : Wednesday, Island of Rhodes - Cruise to Crete

Cruise arrives to Greek Island of Rhodes at 07:00 AM in the morning and stays at the harbor until 06:00 PM. Rhodes is the largest one in the Dodecanese Island group and is best known of the Greek Islands due to its charming bohemian atmosphere. In mythology Rhodes was the island of Helios the sun god. He had fallen in love with the nymph Rhodes, and when he shone his light on her, she was transformed into a beautiful island. In town of Lindos you will see bars, discos and restaurants with food from typical Greek cuisine and also all over the world. In the old town of Rhodes is the Medieval Town which in 1988 was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Medieval Town of Rhodes is the result of different architectures belonging to various historic eras, predominantly those of the Knights of St. John and the Turkish era. Enjoy a day on your own exploring, or join us for one of our optional Rhodes Shore Excursion programs. Lunch and dinner buffets on board will operate during pre-announced times. Ship sails overnight to Crete.

Day 7 : Thursday, Island of Crete - Island of Santorini

Cruise arrives to Greek Island of Crete at 07:00 AM and stays at the harbor until 11:30 AM. Enjoy an easy morning in Agios Nicholas Port, or take our optional Crete Shore Excursion to the Palace of Knossos where there are colorful ruins from the Minoan Civilization of Bronze Age period. Lunch is on board while sailing. Cruise will arrive at Greek Island of Santorini at 05:00 PM on the same day and will stay at the harbor until 09:00 PM. Santorini is an exceptionally beautiful island of white washed houses and churches with their domes painted in turquoise blue in many charming villages, set on the steep volcanic caldera cliffs. You might like to go to Fira Town by cable car or on the island's traditional donkey ride on your own and be sure not to miss the dazzling sunset, or join us for one of our optional Santorini Island Shore Excursions. Dinner is on board. The ship sails overnight back to Athens.

Day 8 : Friday, Disembarkation in Athens

Following an early breakfast this morning, our Louis Cruise Ship arrives in Athens Piraeus Harbor at 06:00 AM and we disembark from the ship. End of our services.
